Possibly a one of a kind custom made postcard (probably by a roving photographer). Undated, no publisher given. Appears to be from 1910-1920. It is a rare scene showing black and white children playing in a wading pool at an unknown St. Louis park or playground. This demonstrates that segregation only went so far and did not prevent children from playing with one another even though the public schools were segregated.

"The Problem of St. Louis, Mo." The message here is either dated humor or a notice that St. Louis is a dirty city (coal dust was a major problem).
